Giorgio Giovinazzo Architect is a sole proprietorship architectural firm, licensed in March of 2010 and Certified to Practice in January of 2011.
We provide exceptional “hands on” Architectural Services with a strong technical knowledge that meet; CSA, Accessibility and Code Standards.
As the principal of Giorgio Giovinazzo Architect I have more than 20 years’ experience providing architectural services and managing architectural projects.
Project typologies include
- master planning for residential/ commercial developments;
- building condition assessments,
- institutional, commercial and residential alterations/ tenant improvements and
- new builds which include; schools, multi-unit residential design (including seniors living), churches and single family homes.
